Gluten-Free Buttermilk Biscuits
Our Buttermilk Biscuits are not rolled out and cut by hand like traditional biscuits - they're dropped onto a cookie sheet by a spoon or lightly molded by hand. Either way, they look a bit different than your typical biscuits, but they're downright tasty! Light, flaky, melt in your mouth goodness.
Serve them up with butter and jam or for a bit of nirvana, fry up a few chicken breasts with our All Purpose Fry Mix and serve them in the biscuits with a thick pat of butter. Amazingly delicious.
You can use our biscuit mix for all sorts of recipes. It's extremely versatile!
• Pat in a pan and cover with brown sugar, butter, and a bit of gluten-free flour for a yummy coffee cake.
• Roll by hand into small balls, dip into melted butter, roll in sugar/cinnamon mixture, and drop into greased pan. Bake as normal for scrumptious pull-aparts!
• Add some shredded cheese and spices for savory biscuits. Great served with pasta or seafood.
We'd love to hear what you come up with!
Package makes 20-24 biscuits, depending on size.
