Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies
There is a reason that the chocolate chip cookie is one of the most popular cookies of all time - it's a cookie and there's chocolate. What could be better?!
How about a gluten-free chocolate chip cookie that is just as good as any chocolate chip cookie you've ever had - gluten-free or not? Our cookies are delicious and super soft and chewy. One of the testers commented that they reminded them of a popular soft packaged cookie.
A new photo will be coming soon. Every time I make these to do a photo shoot, they are immediately eaten and I'm left with just crumbs. I'm beginning to think that there is a cookie-network alarm that I know nothing about...
Package makes 2 1/2 - 3 dozen cookies, depending on size.
