Gluten-Free Cinnamon Chippie Cookies
Deliciously heart-warming with a bit of cinnamon kick, these cookies make the perfect cold fall or winter treat. Yummers!
This is the second in a tasty lineup of cookies coming this fall. Just in time for your harvest party or fall get-together, our gluten-free Cinnamon Chippies are a definite crowd pleaser.
Similar in texture to their cousin, the Chocolate Chip Cookie, these cookies are great cold or slightly warmed in the microwave. Bake them for 10-11 minutes for a more soft and chewy cookie. 12 minutes for a slightly crisp cookie.

Package makes 2 1/2 - 3 dozen cookies, depending on size
Directions
Mix entire bag with the following: • 2 eggs • 1 cup butter or margarine Beat with mixer until well blended. Dough will be somewhat thick. Drop by spoon onto a greased or lined cookie sheet. Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Remove from oven and let cool 5-10 minutes on cookie sheet before removing to cooling rack. Let cool completely before eating. Enjoy with a nice tall glass of milk. Yum!
