What is Spoonfudge?
Spoonfudge is gourmet chocolate product that we hope will soon be sweeping the nation. If you love fudge, you'll love our Spoonfudge! Imagine a tub of your favorite frosting. Creamy, smooth, soft. Now imagine that tub is filled with your favorite fudge. Same consistency of the frosting but with the rich fudge flavor. That is Spoonfudge. Fudge, packaged in a jar, that you eat with a spoon (included)!

Do you wholesale your Spoonfudge?
At this time, no. Our Spoonfudge is best when eaten within a few weeks so it doesn't lend itself to growing old on a store shelf somewhere. We're thinking about possibly franchising at some point in the future - but that's still a ways off. Thank you for your interest.

Do you plan to offer sugar-free or low-carb Spoonfudge at any point?
The simple answer? Yes, we do. However, this won't be happening for a bit. Creating sugar-free and/or low-carb versions of any food item takes a good deal of testing, time, and money. We are a small company and do not have the resources necessary to put into this at the moment. Rest assured though, this is something we plan to do at some point in the future.

Where can I find nutritional information on your Spoonfudge?
Sorry, we don't understand what you're asking! This is fudge - if you are concerned about the number of calories or the fat content of these jars, then you shouldn't be eating it. However, we're in the final stages of adding nutritional information and this will be available on the Spoonfudge within a few weeks.

What about large volume orders?

Can I keep the Spoonfudge for 3 or more months?
No. This is a natural, preservative-free, perishable product and does not last forever. Our Spoonfudge has a shelf-life of 1 month - please consume within this time period for best results. Thought it is packaged in a jar it is not a canned product and will not last for an extended period of time. Store your Spoonfudge in a cool, dry place away from extreme heat.

Our Spoonfudge is made for each order window so your jar is super fresh!

Do you ship during hot summer months?
You betcha! Simply setting your Spoonfudge in a cool house or building will be enough to allow it to firm up again should it be soft from extreme heat shipping.

Do you ship anywhere besides the US?
Currently we ship to the USA and Canada only. In the event that this changes in the future, we'll provide information here.

Gluten-Free Mixes Frequently Asked Questions

What allergens are contained in your mixes?
• All mixes are wheat free, gluten free, egg free.
• All mixes contain corn due either to cornmeal used in a particular mix OR from the baking powder. We are looking for an alternative source for this ingredient so we can eliminate corn from all mixes except the Fry Mix, Hush Puppies and (coming soon!) Cornbread.
• All mixes are now dairy free except for the Buttermilk Pancakes, Buttermilk Biscuits, and the Double Chocolate Brownies (milk present in chocolate chips).
• While none of our mixes contain eggs, most do require either eggs or a substitute. This is done at the consumer level and our mixes are mixed and packaged in an area that is free from eggs.
• All mixes are peanut and tree nut free. This includes our Double Chocolate Brownies. The chocolate chips used in this mix is produced in a facility that does package peanuts a few times each year, but the lines are thoroughly cleaned before and after. The company declares that they are peanut-free but if you or a loved one is severely allergic, please use your best judgement in determining whether or not to enjoy our Brownies.

Are these mixes really good enough to serve my friends and family? They can eat wheat so I'm afraid they'll know that these mixes aren't "normal."
Absolutely! We routinely serve these mixes and recipes created with the mixes to anyone who visits or parties we attend. To date, we've had zero complaints and in fact, the only negative we hear is that we didn't bring enough. Case in point: Cherie took a 13x9 pan of Double Chocolate Brownies to a family dinner recently (12 adults/children were present) and the entire pan was polished off and licked clean within 20 minutes. There was not a scrap left. Several of the family members were unaware they were gluten-free and were quite shocked when they found out.

We think your family and friends will respond the same way as Cherie's brother-in-law did.

Do you wholesale the mixes?

Do you plan to make pizza dough? Bread mix? Other mixes?
Yeppers! We're just a few days away from final release of our newest mixes: Chocolate Cake, Spice Cake, Sugar Cookies and then we're working on a few more. Cornbread, Sassy Peanutbutter Cookies, Pizza Dough, Sandwich Bread, and more.
